Kentucky Derby 2024: post position draw results and morning line odds (2024)

We are getting dangerously close to the first Saturday in May and that only means one thing on the sports calendar: It’s Kentucky Derby time.

The post position draw for both the derby and the Kentucky Oaks was held on Saturday evening and we’ve got a full breakdown below.

If you haven’t been following along with the Road to the Kentucky Derby races ahead of the 150th run for the roses at Churchill Downs, don’t fret. Between March Madness, The Masters and the NFL Draft, there’s been plenty to keep up on.

But soon enough we’ll all be wearing fancy hats, drinking mint juleps and betting on the ponies again, so now is the perfect time to get caught up.
