How to Make Sparkling Sangria

We used 7UP to add some bubbles and a bit of sweetness to our sangria, and it was the perfect bubbly base combined with a simple pinot grigio.

Creating a sparkling sangria adds some texture and interest to the co*cktail, while making it feel extra light and refreshing.

Tropical Fruits to Try with Sangria

The tropical fruit adds a fun touch, especially the dragonfruit! I have to admit, it’s so pretty.

And aside from being lovely to look at, dragon fruit has a nice mild flavor that really soaks up the sangria.

Other tropical fruits to try are mango, passionfruit, guava, pineapple, or papaya.

When adding fruit to your tropical sangria, I recommend ensuring that the fruit is somewhat firm and not too soft so that it doesn’t fall apart in the drink.
